Sacramento Airport is the major airport nearest to Davis (about 20 miles away).

Davis is about 70 miles east of the San Francisco Bay Area, which includes
the cities of San Francisco, Berkeley, and Oakland.  All of these have Amtrak
connections (see Amtrak link above for travel info).  The trip takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours
by train.
